A seasoned leasing manager, a professional whose carrier in this industry spans over 25 years. His experience in leasing started with John Holt Leasing Organization where he grew to a senior management position managing the lease of vehicles, marine vessels, generating sets and air conditioners to various oil and gas, energy and the allied companies. He further expanded his carrier in assets management at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture Ibadan (IITA) for over 5 years as Assets management Consultant. In IITA, he established assets management policy and created the assets unit in the Budget and Finance department.
He obtained his academic certificates and degrees in Accounting, Public Administration and MBA in the University of Science and Technology and University of Benin respectively.
He has attended so many professional courses in leasing, assets management and administration in places such as Lagos Business School, Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria etc. He has travelled in and outside the country for various business conferences and trade fairs such as Canton Trade fair in China, OTC in Houston, WasteExpo in New Olean, and Franchise Expo in New York etc.
JAMES CHIBUIKE JOSHUA

A Geologist with over 25 years of working experience with the oil and gas industry. His started his carrier with Shell Nigeria to Allied Energy Corporation Houston Texas. He served at various senior management capacities in both companies and has travelled round the world in course of his profession.
He obtained his first degree in Geology at the University of Calabar and his M.Sc at the University of Ibadan all in Nigeria. He is a member of many professional bodies such as, Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE), American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), and Houston Geological Society (HGS).

An expert management consultant, a Solicitor and advocate of the federal republic of Nigeria. Has been in legal practice well over 20 years.
He studied in Nigeria where he had his degrees in Law. He belongs to various legal professions and management bodies. He has travelled round the world expanding his experience in the management world.
